Helen's physical office is located at  Bathurst and Glengrove Ave, North York, ON.  The closest intersections are Bathurst and Glencairn.  The office is steps from either the Bathurst #7 or Glencairn #14 bus stops or a 12 minute walk from Glencairn Subway station. There is free parking at the side of the house. Her office is on the lower level round back- seperate entrance and office sectioned from house.   At this time, sessions are largely online through largely secure videoconferencing platforms.

Appointments are typically available weekdays  9-12 or 1:30-4.  Some evening slots available and alternate sundays from 9-12.  If these days and time do not work it may be possible to find alternate dates and times.
