At any point in time, we may find ourselves struggling with overwhelming emotion, or facing unrelenting negative circumstances that impact our ability to cope. We may find ourselves filled with anxiety, or battling depression or grief, or are noticing recurrent anger. Perhaps we are experiencing dissatisfaction with relationships, jobs or life in general...  Some of us may be experiencing the lofty burdon of trauma, and the many symptoms that arise from it. And for some fo us it is all of the above.

 Psychotherapy can help people to make profound connections to past and present, get people to become aware of their inner dialogue or inner critic and help people develop greater self/other compassion. Psychotherapy may also help people learn to be more mindful or present in their lives, and articulate  their feelings and needs more clearly. These of just some  of the many benefits of working with a Registered Psychotherapist like myself!
